PntGuard is the world’s first commercial Assured Positioning, Navigation and Timing (APNT) security system purpose-built for the maritime industry. Powered by APNT by Naltec technology and the Iridium PNT service, PntGuard Maritime delivers a continuous, authenticated, and highly resilient position solution that operates completely independent of GPS and other Global Navigation Satellite Systems (GNSS).

When GPS or other GNSS signals are disrupted through jamming, spoofing, or signal degradation, PntGuard immediately detects the interference and alerts the bridge crew through both visual and audible alarms. At the same time, the system provides an independent, trusted APNT position, allowing the captain to compare the compromised GPS/GNSS position with a verified navigation solution in real time.
